Each year over the last few years the Telco’s seem to try to outdo themselves with music reality shows, looking to discover, develop and expose young Nigerian talent and make them superstars. Each year these shows try to do better than each other. The competition is good and the winners and contestants are getting better and better deals each year, more cash, cars and recording contracts.
This season in a bid to do what none of the other shows can do MTN’s Project Fame has launched a PF ALL STARS tour and concert. A musical experience that will bring all the PF Superstars from season 1 to 5 to a live musical concert that will see them singing all their hits and chart-topping singles over the years.
This season will have two free concerts in Calabar, where MTN PF discovered Iyanya and in Lagos, the home of entertainment. The Calabar concert will hold at one of the biggest spaces in Calabar the Cultural Centre on Mary Slessor Ave on Friday June 21st from 7pm. The Lagos concert will hold at the all new Lagos Oriental Hotel on Friday June 28th.
The MTN PF concerts will have performances by PF winners, AYO, MONICA, iMYKE, CHIDINMA & IYANYA and NII and KESSE from Ghana, NICHOLAS and MUSULYN from Liberia, ANIS from Sierra Leone and a host of other names made popular by the MTN PF platform.
