Just after Anna Ebiere Banner emerged the winner of the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 2013, Cameroonian model Valerie Ayena has been announced as the winner of Miss Cameroon 2013. Surpassing 20 other contestants, of which Elizabeth Nkono and Irene Bertha Fouda emerged 1st and 2nd runners up respectively, Valerie was crowned winner at the Yaounde Conference Center on Friday 9th August 2013.
